1. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to select areas within India.
Our serviceable areas are updated regularly on our platform.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 days depending on location and product type.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on all days including weekends.
Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or logistic constraints.

3. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive updates via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order status via the “My Orders” section in your Veganic account.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery fee is ₹25 per order for non-premium members.
Premium members enjoy free delivery as part of their subscription benefits.

5. Packaging

All plants, gardening tools, and home décor items are carefully packed to ensure safety and freshness.
Eco-friendly and biodegradable packaging is used wherever possible.

6. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, one reattempt is made within 48 hours.
If the second attempt fails, the order is cancelled and refund (if applicable) is processed as per our Refund Policy.

7. Non-Delivery Areas

If your pincode is unserviceable, the order will not be accepted at checkout.
Veganic reserves the right to cancel any order outside of delivery zones.
